2010 Application Deadlines The deadlines for each of the Fellowships will be announced later in 2010. The 2009 State Political Leaders Fellowship is a selective nine-month, part-time leadership development program for organizational leaders, future candidates, community organizers, and progressive activists in CPL’s core states. Through training, coaching and mentoring, the program gives up-and-coming leaders the skills and networks they need to advance progressive political change in their communities.
